single season APR's of 1,000 for Men's Basketball and 994 for football are very impressive
 

Considering that we lost scholarships in 2008 (?) for being below the minimum standard, the football program has coma a long way. So have most of the other BIG schools since the APR went into effect.

Coach Kill's has increased the retention rate significantly since the Mason & Brewster era's when close to 50% of the players left the program on an annual basis. That has helped the annual APR scores but also has also improved the depth.

This figure is impressive for the season of 2012-13, which also included qualifying for the 'Big Dance' and beating a legendary program like UCLA in the 2nd round of the NCAA's...


Still can't believe Tubby was unceremoniously booted immediately afterward...:cry:
 

They tied UW for best single year score. I'm assuming the Gophers will leap to the top of the league soon, they must be flushing a couple bad years away. Two years in a row at 994 is awesome.
 


This is REALLY cool. Great job, Gopher athletes!

I too, can't believe there wasn't a ceremony for that! I would have loved to attend it to cheer on the decision.
