Gophers CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun out for year with torn ACL, MCL by Nate Sandell

Boddy-Calhoun's injury is certainly a major loss for the Gophers' secondary, although there is depth to be had at corner. It becomes imperative that Wells and stays healthy and provides an imposing physical presence on the edge. Sophomore Eric Murray has played strong in his first two games as a starter. Seniors Martez Shabazz, Jeremy Baltazar and junior Marcus Jones will also be needed to serve increased roles.

Kill said the coaching staff is considering taking a redshirt off freshman Jalen Myrick in order to add depth on the backend of the secondary.

I am watching the braves game. I don't remember ever seeing anything about our football team but they are scroling his season ending injury every minute on the bottom of the screen. Go figure
