Gophers 2016 Homecoming vs Rutgers on Oct. 22

The University of Minnesota football team will host Rutgers on Oct. 22, 2016, as part of the school's Homecoming festivities.

The contest will be Minnesota's 96th Homecoming game and first against Rutgers. The Gophers are 56-36-3 all-time in Homecoming games and have won their last two games (39-38 victory against Purdue in 2014 and 27-24 against Ohio in 2015).
