Stumbled across this on YouTube this evening.
It's a series of short, explanation videos of just what Coach Fleck was bringing to Minnesota as his philosophy...already successfully beta tested at Western Michigan before coming here.

All of this is familiar by now. I think this is what every recruit sees at the start of his recruitment, or as part of a series of tweets from you know who. One I think only has 73 views...not sure about the return on that.
Still, interesting touchpoint coming into Maryland this weekend...and November games 2019...from where this thing started at least for us as Gophers fans.
About 10 minutes of material...all produced by UM and posted on YouTube.
Even more fun certainly the genesis of the Elite-O-Meter to boot. Even better, seems to be working.
