The offense has been my big concern- if we resolve it I think we are a contender. I listened last night but couldn't watch (Quest). For those who did, it sounds like the Gopher offense was really efficient. There were the turnovers but it seemed like they had pace to their offense and the ball was moving to spots where they got high percentage shots. Is this true or were they just hot shooting the ball. What was different? Was it Hoffs passing?

We made a majority of our points within 8 feet. Lots of dunks/layups/tips, which showed in the FG%. Didn't shoot a ton of 3's but made about half, which we'll obviously take anyday. Seemed like we either turned the ball over or had a high percentage shot.

Hoff - or 'Harfarber' as they called him - made some great passes, he had 9 assists in the first 30 minutes. Thought he'd get the double for sure but Tubby slowed the game down a lot in the last 10 minutes. He's also now 8-8 this year at the line. But that stat doesn't count because FTs are uncontested ;)

It's too bad the only thing Blake can do is shoot 3s.;)

I think we all know that Blake should be playing for Macalaster. Despite that it sounds like he was instrumental in making the ball move on offense. Wish I could have seen it. It also sounds like Rodney gained some confidence last night on offense and that's huge if it continues.
