This game, for the most part was MUCH closer than the score indicated. Leidner, and your TE (Williams?) are impressive. Don't want to be condescending, but Minnesota is a good team. Not great, but very good. No reason to hang your heads. Very impressive team. You guys remind me a lot of Arkansas, only with a better record. Anyway, thanks a bunch for being a good host and for some good banter in the last few weeks. Best of wishes to Minnesota next year. This is at least one Mizzou fan that will be pulling for you guys, as I have tons of respect for your program!

Thanks. I hate all the SEC schools, but my hate hasn't moved to Mizzou yet, hopefully it won't! Was a fun game regardless. If Mauk doesn't run circles around our guys we might have a different result. Also, if Mauk can consistently figure out the passing game it'll be hard to stop Mizzou!

Actually, it was a comedy of errors all over the field for us, so I can't agree with the "good game" aspect of your post. Nevertheless, thanks for the kind words. Your players and coaches were far superior to ours in every respect, especially in the second half. Good luck to Mizzou in 2015!

Well, thanks a lot guys. I always try to come on another team's board after a win OR loss and say congrats (or something nice-at least). These two teams today were pretty even, but Mizzou's defense made the difference in my opinion....Best of wishes next year and PLEASE hammer Nebraska AGAIN! Your team is on a big swing up...I can sense it...Just keep Killl. He's a keeper for sure!

Agree the teams were very even but think it was the Missouri special teams, not the defense that made the true difference in this game. Special teams is usually a strong point for our squad but we got destroyed in that phase today.
