A couple months back there was some buzz on GI about a new silent verbal. I don't know any more than that.

I got a hunch that silent verbal was Garin! In an article he said he wanted to finish his visits first before announcing his choice and that was one of the reasons the recruit said he wanted to be a silent verbal in the first place.
