Having been to that stadium, it's nothing special, just big metal bleachers in the middle of the fairgrounds. If you have two teams playing who are close enough to drive you can have an active tailgate scene going on. Otherwise, there is nothing even remotely close to the stadium for pregame activities. Shreveport does have some minor attractions and an active film industry, but mainly it is second-rate casinos. I enjoyed my one trip there for a regular-season game, but I probably wouldn't go back - especially for a bowl my fanbase felt was beneath us.
