We were sitting at Mariucci wondering whether they should have a shot clock for the 3 on 3 OT THEN this happened and made the night worthwhile.

Not to take anything away from Walker, but I though catching the pass while straddling the blue line, identifying Walker trailing, then looping back and hitting him with a pass makes McLaughlin (sp?) the hero of that play.

All three guys did very well. Two beautiful passes leading up to a nice goal.

Game two started well with the Gophers up 2-0 in the first. Unfortunately the Irish surge took over the second and third set. Wait did his part; but Notre Dame answered and won 5-3 (one open net goal).

Didn't see the game. Hopefully we played well against them today leading up to more progress as the season wears on.

It's funny, I only got to watch the first period before i had to go someplace. And then I saw the final score and thought, I watched the right period. Looked good for 20 in that game...
