Good effort by the boys today. If they would played this hard on D last week, we would be 2-1 and had a shot at a bowl game. 9 games and counting to our new coach.

Geezo Beazo! The Gophers have led the league in Moral Victories for years! It's tremendous that we could stay within 20 points of an above-average Pac-10 team at home!

USC is beating the point spread. Come on guys dont let down, we need a moral victory.

It was actually a fairly even game. Stats were dead even for most of the game. If you take out the kick return (which should never happen) and if our defense didn't give up the big play (which an experienced defense typically wouldn't), we could've won that game.

The facemask penalty and turnovers are what killed us, not to mention forcing the run. Our passing game was much more successful. Weber of old or Gray would've lit USC's defense up. Brewster really shows his inability to coach.
