Julien Welch 6-3 180 Yuba CC, CA - He's averaging 20 points and 5 assists. He is an excellent shooter (90%ft) who can get to line off the dribble. He has solid ball skills and creates drive or pull-up jumper. His schools include Minnesota, UNLV, TCU, Utah, and Kent State.
