fouling people on layups

It was Hoffarber tonight. But every game, and multiple times most games we bump guys driving in for an easy layup and they get the and-1. Will Tubby address this. Either foul hard or get the f*$k out of the way! It is getting rediculous.

Yep, pet peeve of mine.

I hate it when our guys give a little nudge, or try to poke but don't and miss, and the ref calls a foul and we get upset about it. Maybe you didn't foul the guy, but why even put yourself in that position? Back off, or foul hard. Damian did this nicely early in the game, Blake did not.

I think Iverson found out that Chris Kramer is one hell of a good defensive player tonight. He complains after every call that doesn't go his way. He's a great kid and all, but he needs to realize that he isn't the star anymore...not even close. I agree these refs did call too many ticky tack fouls. The first matchup was a blood bath. I expected this one to be the same. The gophers probably could have pulled this one out by 5 or 6 if some of those fouls were not called. It is what it is!

He helped lose the game against Michigan State doing that at crunch time too.
