Not a good coach, which recruits can we steal?

Too bad. I always liked Tony. He won't be out of work long. Probably will have to go back to a position coach or coordinator position and I hope he does well.

That seems rather short sighted by Houston, he's no Sumlin but he hasn't done a bad job there.

There was some prognosticator before the season who had Tony Levine being hired by South Carolina to replace the Ol' Ball Coach before the season started. Guess he was kinda wrong.

I agree, was being facetious above, the pressure to win in the state of Texas has never been greater with Baylor and TCU now at the level of Texas and A&M. He did a solid job and likely would've been kept on most anywhere else.

Rumors that Leach wants the job.

I'd think Leach would be good in Houston, but then again I thought June Jones was perfect for SMU. Jones turned around a god awful program, but never made it to a big bowl game like he did at Hawaii. I think Leach is building something at Wazzou, and he's a few years into it, so I'd be surprised to see him go.
