Former Gopher recruit let out of LOI at Georgia

IIRC, Tubby offered Daniel Miller. It looks like new head coach Mark Fox has let Daniel out of his LOI so he can go elsewhere. I don't know if he'd be a good option right now, but we're out of schollies anyhow. However, Tubby will take advantage of an opportunity if it there and worthwhile. I think Daniel would be a better get right now than Calcaterra in the '10 class. Since we've already offered Miller, any chance Tubby goes after him? Tubby does like centers.

The only chance would seem to be if Miller went the prep school route next season, which doesn't seem very likely. I would think he already has a landing spot in mind with another program that was recruiting him and probably has been since Felton got fired.
