They keep trying to cut the guy every training camp but he keeps fighting and gets it done. Way to go Marcus!!!

So close to being the hero with a near miss pick six. And then loses a fumble caused by him tripping and hitting the ground. 14 point swing. Damn!
 




Are you watching this Golden Gophers? A terrible MLB season followed by a dreadful train wreck from the Vikings. Go out and beat Nebraska. That will go a long way toward getting a lot of disgruntled Vikes fans in your corner.

Almost certain that Nelson or Leidner could've easily outshined Freeman tonight. Not sure which recent QB performance for the Vikes was worse: Webb in the playoffs or Freeman tonight. Yuck. Leslie Fraser should be out of a job soon.

Agree with BtP - the Gophers have a chance to gain a big following with a win this weekend.
 

This weekend will be interesting. There might be a lot of red in the stands at TCF, but I bet there is even more green and gold in the Dump on Sunday night.

Sherels has done more good than not, but wow, two huge mistakes that could have changed the outcome of the game. Vikings were still in it until Sherels dropped a wide open pick six. Then fumbling and giving the ball up near the Vikings endzone... We still love you Sherels!
