Former Gopher Kris Humphries signs a 2-year $24 million deal

Power forward Kris Humphries agreed to a two-year, $24 million contract to return to the Brooklyn Nets, a source close to the situation told ESPN.com's Marc Stein.

Good for him. While he was a selfish ball hog as a Gopher, he has turned into a pretty serviceable NBA player.

He has averaged a points-rebounds double-double each of the past two years. Only four other guys in the NBA can say that: Pau, Blake Griffin, Kevin Love and Dwight Howard.
