Empty seats on the hoity toity home side. Student section was packed. I thought it was a pretty engaged crowd tbh.

I thought the kids were on tonight. The rest of the stadium was not full by any means, but it was loud and involved imo.

Upper corners were empty, I'd say 90% of students stayed whole game

We get a student section like that every game I don't care how many regular fans show up. The students were there early and a large percent stayed until the end. Pretty cool to see.

Great student section which was great to see.

The hype around traffic coming in and out of campus before and after the game was wayyyy overblown. In fact, I'd say this was the easiest and most efficient in and out I've been to in a long time.

Beautiful night for the game. Good theatrics by the U in pre-game and halftime.

Go Gophers!!

Like has been said the students were there in force. I'd say more than half were there for the end.

Also as said the crowd got loud when needed...which does not always happen for the non-conference games.

As for Bleed's note on the theatrics at halftime...at least in 212 it was hard to hear the band with the fireworks. This is a minor complaint. It was fun.

As BleedGophers said, it was easy in and easy out. One item of note: they pushed the security perimeter of the eastern two gates out to 23rd street which made our normal pre-entry stroll around the stadium less of a stroll. The student entry had students backed up like they were backed up before The Bank's opening game. Our entry was straight through even though there was a fan blocking one of the lines apparently arguing that the bag policy didn't apply to her.

For some reason there was a large group of OSU fans in the lower level student section, section 133 I think. Why/how did that happen? Keep them up in 201.

Hard to tell, but I would say the crowd was low 40's. Thank God for the students.
