Anyone heard anything from the ticket office regarding a (presumed?) refund for the 20th home game (there are only 19) that we didn't get in our season-ticket package? Thanks in advance.

No word, and not surprised. The kinks of the ticket office will take a while to get worked out. Until then, I expect it will take a flury of calls to the department about what they are doing with our extra cash before they do anything. It smells a lot like the BTT two years ago when they charged us for lower deck tickets and gave us upper deck tickets. Until someone rattled the cage, there was no plan for a refund of the difference.

Update: Call ticket office if you want a refend

Season-ticket holders can get their refund for the 20th game by calling the ticket office. I was told I'd get the refund within the next 3-4 weeks.

The other options were put it on your account for 2013-14 season tickets or put it toward the Gopher Fund. I didn't get the impression they would notify season-ticket holders anytime soon about the 3 options.

What is the refund amount? I suppose there is no tie to the "donation" amount.

I didn't ask. I'd assume it'll be for face value, which I think is $33 per ducat?

You mean they don't plan on doing anything unless contacted by the season ticket holder? Unbelievable! - seems a bit dishonest to me

I can't go that far, but that's sure how it seemed when I talked to the customer service rep.

What are they charging right now for people buying season tickets? Did they reduce the price?
