Man, you guys are getting my hopes up. I just think Flip would do wonders for this program. I think he'd instantly have an impact, on big money donations, on the practice facility front, and hopefully on landing the Big 3, and how hard would it be to believe that he can actually coach better than Tubby and develop the players once they are here, and keep the players happy and wanting to stay?


Could he come here and crash and burn?! Well, anything is possible. But I am very convinced that he's our best "safe bet", and also our best chance to hit a home run with the hire. Local fan interest would spike.

He'd have some people instantly hating the hire, but what coach could we actually get that some people wouldn't like? I think he'd make the highest percentage of fans, Mn natives who play hs bb, and big donors happy.
