Why does he keep punting on 4th down in MSU territory? MSU then takes it all the way for TDS
They are 0 and 6 - get brave and go for it!!!!
 

It's like EVERY SINGLE Lucky A$$ play that Northwestern has gotten over the past 20 years is coming due this season. Karma has turned and we all knew Northwestern was due. They have always been the team getting the crazy breaks and it isn't going to happen this time...

I was thinking the same thing. Fitzgerald finally crapped out the horseshoe he swallowed six years ago.
 

I watched some of the other games and he is not rolling the dice like he used to. I think he has been snake bite so much this year he is playing a little scared.
 

All of the wrong teams are winning.

Fitz needs to take some chances. That said now that Colter is out they have no chance.
 



True, but if Iowa wins, then both Iowa and Michigan will pass us in the bowl selectors minds (if we lose). I want to go to the Gator bowl.

Also, if Iowa wins, then Iowa wins. So there's that too.

Plus we compete with Iowa for recruits at almost every position - not so much Michigan. A Hawkeye loss is almost always good in that respect. Especially since Michigan will be in the other division next year.
