Broke ties using the tiebreaker (to the best of my ability) rules but skipping the divisional tiebreaker rules when comparing teams from multiple divisions:
1) Ohio State 9-0
2) Wisconsin 7-2
Minnesota 7-2
Penn State 7-2
5) Michigan 6-3
Iowa 6-3
7) Indiana 5-4
8) Illinois 4-5
Michigan State 4-5
10) Purdue 3-6
Nebraska 3-6
12) Northwestern 1-8
Maryland 1-8
14) Rutgers 0-9

Interesting to look at them all together rather than divisions.
