Heading into the penultimate weekend of the college hoops regular season, I have 52 of the 68 NCAA Tournament bids locked up (includes the 32 AQs). An 28 additional teams are at least moderately under consideration for the final 16 at-large bids. Of those 28, I have 7 becoming locks if they win their final regular-season game this weekend, and that list includes the Gophers.
