It was nice to be back in the Pav and once again thanks for the air conditioning. Lydia Grote was the night's most intriguing player. Grote played six rotations in the second and brought the heat (her hitting stood out during pre game warm ups).

Minnesota dominated the second set and played well enough to take all four sets. Blocking looks like a work in progress. However, Minatee looked promising.

Of note: Schnichels had a boot on her right leg, used crutches and had her leg elevated during the match. Not surprisingly Palabiyik did not play.
