Not that I'm not interested in the new top four after Auburn lost, but the one ranking I want to see is Minnesota. The Golden Gophers are 7-2 and hold the fate of two top-four contenders in their hands this week. The more immediate one is Ohio State, which comes to Minneapolis after its 49-37 victory at Michigan State. The other is TCU, which, can count schedule strength as an asset because of its early-season 30-7 victory over Minnesota. Ohio State is in a trick box on this one. Think about it: if it routs Minnesota, then it may diminish the importance of the victory.
