Craig (Braintree, MA): I doubt if the Gophers recruits will rate in the top half of the conference but considering the success at protecting the top recruits in the state would seem to bode well for better times ahead. Agree?
Brian Bennett: Getting Isaac Hayes (love that name) and Nelson to stay home was big for Jerry Kill. Keeping the top prospects in state is a major priority for the Gophers. Kill had a tough recruiting pitch after the past couple of seasons in terms of W-L record, but it looks like he's going to end up with a solid class that can help.
