You have to love Tennesee's committment to Compliance. So if I'm reading this correctly they will determine Pearl's fate after the tourney. So if he does well they keep him and if they lose in the first round he's out?

At least the Arkansas job being open will spare us 'Tubby to Tenn.' rumors. No sane person would choose the Tennessee job over the Arkansas job unless he had some personal tie.
