ESPN sure loves us again

Death, taxes, "Illinois looks to be much better this year."

This is becoming laughable. Well actually, more laughable.

It's not like these are opinions, though. That's just numbers being generically crunched via their stats and info guys.

MV's model is far superior.

And for those upset with our cupcake schedule, we have the second toughest SOS right behind NW. And who has the weakest schedule? Nebraska, followed by the cheeseheads, go figure.

Unless I am missing it I don't see many people complaining about this years schedule in terms of it being too easy. The cupcake discussion was based on the slate of non-conf games we played last season.

If they didn't deliberately try to give softer cross over games to certain teams it certainly looks like it. Out of Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio St, Michigan, Michigan St, Nebraska and Penn St only Michigan St and Nebraska play each other this year.

What exactly has Tim Beckman (the current Big Ten incarnation of Coach Brew) and his staff done at Illinois to get that kind of benefit of the doubt from the geniuses at ESPN.

Answer - nothing tangible.

no. they wanted rutgers and maryland to play the big boys from the west. Yes. that is us and nebraska. Sorry. the gophers aren't one of them. kind of like when nebraska had to open at camp randall, their first game in the big ten.

yes. unfortunately, the badgers and nebraska, also get hurt b/c they don't play themselves, which hurts strength of schedule. The exact opposite happens when weaker teams don't get to play themselves. see how it works?

Nobody is arguing that the Gophers are top two in the division, but does it make you feel good to come over here and beat your chest?

Is there so little going on at the Skunk message board that you have to come here and piss on our parade Becky troll?

just having a little fun. :p

It's good to have Badger-meddlers like this clown show up on here. I encourage it. It allow us to empirically show that Badger fans are asshats, and love to prove it. They just can't help themselves. Thereby fulfilling our stereotypes and and expectations of this miscreant demographic of college football fans.
