Next up: Ohio State and Minnesota

Similar to the situation at most position groups, no Big Ten team can top the Buckeyes in the defensive backfield. Junior safety Vonn Bell, after starting 14 games a year ago, has entered the conversation among the best playmakers in the game. Bell teams with Tyvis Powell, another breakout performer last season as a sophomore. Eli Apple returns at corner, and Gareon Conley likely takes over for the departed Doran Grant. Talented redshirt freshman Marshon Lattimore also joins the mix.

At Minnesota, the headliners are cornerbacks Briean Boddy-Calhoun and Eric Murray, seniors who take a backseat to no pair in the Big Ten. The Gophers ranked 18th nationally in pass defense in 2014 and intercepted 15 passes.

Go Gophers!!

I say they should just go ahead and award the West Division to Minnesota already. The games are only formalities.

This one i legitimately have a problem with.
Wisconsin? the best in the B1G?

Apparently adding a former terrible QB at free safety makes the same secondary that got lit up 59-0 by OSU the best in the conference.

Color me absolutely unimpressed by any passing game wisky has faced in the past 2 years under their hot new d coordinator. IMO their secondary is unproven, and either us or OSU are leaps and bounds better.

Don't get the rankings at all. How is Wisco the best of the best, then in the next paragraph it says "Similar to the situation at most position groups, no Big Ten team can top the Buckeyes in the defensive backfield"

But back to Wisconsin. How do you put a team that's starting a dude that played QB last year and is cited as still a threat at WR (follow the link on Sojourn Shelton that Sherman put in) as the best of the best? I mean obviously it doesn't mean anything but it just makes no sense
