Go Gophers!!

WTF is the Quick Lane bowl? At this point, I'll be happy with anything...but man, that's a kick in the crotch.

Detroit in December. Yeah, baby!

Is that what the Pizza Pizza Bowl is now called?

Is it sponsored by the carpool lane in Detroit?!

Not a whole lot of difference between the quick lane and the heart of Dallas(whatever name the bowl was before that). A bowl is a bowl and outside of the top 5 conference bowl slots only the locale changes. This offense needs another month of practices to figure some things out

Well, at least were bowl projected... although, Iowa has looked treacherous, barely beating two very bad teams, at home...
and losing to a TERRIBLE 0-2 Iowa State team, at home. We got whooped, but by a team better than anything in the B1G
not named MSU. We can't pass, but throttled two decent lower-teams.

Sounds like a bowl game sponsored by a bowling alley. :D

I just moved to the Detroit area this summer so a bowl game here would be great for me, but a horrible destination for the fan base. I'm don't know of anyone who views Detroit as a winter vacation destination. If we do wind up here for the bowl game, I'd be happy to post information on best places to stay, eat, drink, things to do, etc..

Held in Detroit on December 26th vs ACC. Auto shop of Ford Motor Company.

Yes. Formerly Little Caesar's Bowl. A Bowl Game with a 17 year history that had a TOTAL of 2 B1G teams to ever play in it (Purdue twice, Northwestern once).

Although sounds like it is a B1G vs ACC matchup now tied in.

Thanks! Your suggestions would be helpful if the team gets there. Personally, I would rather go to Detroit and sit inside Ford Field in late December than sit outside in Yankee Stadium during the same week for the Pinstripe Bowl. I've also heard that the downtown isn't so bad and lodging would have to be cheaper than NYC.
