Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Greg Schiano hit a bicyclist with his car near campus Thursday morning, a school spokesperson confirmed.
The crash occurred at an intersection near Ohio State's practice facility, and the Columbus Dispatch reported it happened shortly before 7 a.m. Columbus and Ohio State police officers responded to the scene, and the collision is still under investigation.
The 26-year-old bicyclist was in stable condition after being hospitalized for a head injury, according to the Dispatch.
