Lair is the biggest weapon on the offense right now. He should be targeted 8-10 times per game. They need to get him more involved.

I believe he was on the field less than 5 plays in the first half and only slightly more in the second because we abandoned the run. I don't understand it.

From what I can surmise from my chair at home...Lair doesn't block well enough to play when Gray leads the offense as we are run most...but he is the best receiving TE so when Shortell is in...Lair is a dominant player. Shortell needs to see 30-40% of the snaps...IMO.
