Past years I was able to buy a tailgating permit online from minneapolisparks.org. This year although they have a page that talks all about Gopher tailgating at the flats, rules and costs, etc, the actual ability to buy the permit seems to be missing. Anybody else run into this? I emailed them yesterday but nothing back from them yet.
