On Rivals, he now lists San Jose State as High. Before, we were the only school labeled "High."

"Canyon wide receiver Drew Wolitarsky had seven catches for 90 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ (7-2-1) 17-14 win over Hart (7-3) to capture the Foothill League title. He’s now just three catches behind Steve Smith for most career receptions in state history. Smith finished his career with 271 receptions.

Wolitarsky will go for the record on Friday when Canyon hosts San Luis Obispo (6-4) in the first round of the Northern Division playoffs."

Does anyone have access to Scout.com? I do not, so I cannot read this, but found it in a search. It is on the UCLA Scout site and appears to contain some recent info on Drew, though again, I don't know what it says. Does start out in an intriguing fashion:

Sorry for the sky is falling post, but is he losing interest/being recruited less after the Eric Carter verbal?

Could be. We're only losing one WR this year (Green) so I would think we would only want to sign one WR as well, especially with there being so few scholarships available.

Scout has him listed as having scheduled visits on 12/1 and 12/7 with Army and SJSU. Maybe he just wants to take all his visits before he makes a final decision.

Yeh, and given they are probably still looking for playmakers at other positions, he probably should have grabbed the offer when he had the chance... Anyway, kinda surprised at his present offer list.

Congrats to Drew for breaking the CA state high record for receptions. He also has the receiving yard record.
