Agree. There were no masses of Minnesota fans leaving the stadium last Saturday. Now, if he would have said "masses of Iowa fans who left the stadium with a few minutes left" - that would have been correct.
 



Masses didn't "leave" the stadium, they just didn't show up at all.

I caught that too. I'm sure there were a few people who left but "masses" is a terrible word to use there.
 

Doogie,

The Gophers are going to return to respectability and thrive under Coach K. No way we let let you on the band wagon when that happens. You can live and die by what you have written. You are part of the fabric of the funk that has taken over at the U and once the Gophers are good again you will not be invited back only to bring the darkness with you. Go away.
 

Doogie was not being honest when he said masses left the stadium. Unless he defines masses differently than I do.
