The question really is extend him or fire him. If we don't extend him AND expect him to be able to bring in good recruits we are setting him up to fail. This year he was able to say that they are talking about the extension and were close to a deal. Will he always be able to say that, especially with articles such as this? No, he won't.

I'm disastisfied and would like to see a change. BUT, keeping him without extending him IS a mistake. That just leaves the program in flux and a state of no-confidence and doubt. have to go all in one way or the other.
