I don't see where this is being reported.
 

if we hire him Dec 5th will become a u of m holiday.

I actually just re-tweeted Marcus. I haven't been watching ESPN... could it just be Miami?
 

If they can't even spell the guy's name right (it's Petersen), it is probably even more unreliable than usual.

Is it really that unusual for a coach to call a team meeting the day after their last game of the season to talk about the season, upcoming bowl practice schedule, expectations for the holidays, finals, etc.?

not unusual at all actually. every team i ever played on did the same thing. it's nice speculation that will allow me one night of hopeful joy of what could be though. :)
 

Even if the actual hire was somehow leaked, at this time it could not be taken as factual.
 

now the meeting is for banquet and bowl info. see what i mean by being accountable? this guy from the Pioneer Press should be repranded for putting out *&^!#*&^!#*&^!#*&^!# information when he has no *&^!#*&^!#*&^!#*&^!#ing clue

As Doogie among others has mentioned, things fly around on twitter very fast. the Petersen rumor may be true, may not be true... it's sure fun to think about though...

I'm as guilty as anyone... I'll tweet just about anything I hear... for example, whether Maturi is at the Barn tonight, or not -- he is -- really means nothing... yet, I tossed it out.

it was his tweet for something he saw. said meeting per boise is to discuss the team banquet and their bowl. why does the pio press guy even REPORT IT and yes he is reporting it thus WORKING.
