Dino Kaliakmanis talks to GopherHole about joining the Gophers!!

Yesterday, we talked briefly to Dino Kaliakmanis about joining the Gophers alongside his brother. Here is what Dino had to say about Minnesota!

"I honestly feel that under Coach Flecks leadership, and what this program is all about, I will have a lot more than one brother and my family will grow quite a bit. My decision to commit to Minnesota, was not only based on attending with my brother, as I had interest and offers from several schools as well, but based on my belief in the future of this program and what my talents can bring to help win a championship(s). The one thing that my brother and I both wanted was to go somewhere where we can be a part of something bigger than ourselves and Minnesota worked out for both of us which is just awesome! Coach Fleck has made it clear that he is not sure which side of the ball I will be on, but if I am catching passes, I am more than happy to be catching them from one of the best Quarterbacks in the country. This is a very exciting time for me, and I will continue to work as hard as I can both mentally and physically to represent my High School now and the University of Minnesota when I get there. Row the Boat and Go Gophers!"

Another group of kids who are buying into what Fleck has built here and continues to build here!

When I read the headline, I assumed he logged on and started chatting with guys like Pompous, Spoofin', BleedGopher, etc. and then the discussion turned into something about Coyle, Tracy Claeys, and the lack of ticket sales.
