Looks like he committed to UCONN on the 23rd (according to Rivals).

I don't know how seriously either he or the Gophers were interested in each other, but oh well. Looks like Wingo was in Champaign (the flattest place on earth) this weekend.

It sounded like he was a little more interested in us than we were in him. I'm not sure of the reason but he said that the Gophers coaches had stopped calling him. He did however have interest. My guess is that we are full on WR's and we filled up when Bryant Allen committed--although I'm sure we would have accepted McNeal's commitment.
