per Dienhart:

Minnesota: QB Mitch Leidner. He continues to tease, showing flashes of big things while alternately struggling for consistency. Leidner improved his completion percentage from 51.5 in 2014 to 57.8 this season and is a tough, dual-threat weapon with savvy and experience. But he must avoid the mistakes that at times have hurt him. Central Michigan’s offense can move the ball and score, so the Gophers may have to be clicking with their attack to win the Quick Lane Bowl.

Go Gophers!!

I would have to agree. He has the most to lose if things do not go well in the bowl game.

You could say that about the QB on almost any team for a bowl game. If the QB doesn't play well, most teams are going to have trouble.

I mean, is anyone going to say the right tackle or outside linebacker has the most on the spot? maybe a left tackle if they're facing a big-time DE, or a cornerback going up against an all-american WR - but more often than not, the QB is going to be the guy on the spot.

For MN, I would actually say the DT position may be the key to the game. If they get decent play from the DT's, that improves the Gophers' chances of winning.

I agree, SON, but I'm most interested to see the OL and how Reeves calls the offense. I'm hoping our D will be as healthy as they've been in a while and if so, expect them to play well. I also think Smith, Brooks and Mitch will benefit from the break and be fairly sharp.

It is pretty much the QB for most teams...

But yeah Mitch, although I'm not sure if there is quite as much pressure as just from eyeballing it, it felt like Mitch was better after Tracy took over...
