No. Earlier today we had 21 and ranked 46th. Now we have 20 and rank 47th. I thought the 21/46th was without Carter.

According to the Pioneer Press the Gophers also lost Russell Houghton-James to West Virginia. I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I did not see this mentioned in this thread. Could that be the other recruit the OP was looking for?
