Matt Charboneau: Michigan State’s focus will be tested, but it’s something it has yet to fail at any point this season. Minnesota does a good job running the ball, but its style should be a welcome sight for the Spartans after two straight weeks of fast, option attacks. With the offense becoming more efficient each week behind the running of Jeremy Langford and the improved passing of Connor Cook, expect the points to keep coming and the Spartans to win their 11th game for the third time in four seasons. Michigan State 31-14
John Niyo: It might not draw a crowd, but the chase for a BCS berth should be enough to keep Michigan State’s attention this week against a Minnesota team that doesn’t match up well with its defense. Michigan State 27-10
Bob Wojnowski: As trap games go, this is a classic candidate. The Gophers are an opportunistic 8-3, while the Spartans are awaiting their shot at the Buckeyes in the Big Ten title game. But Mark Dantonio’s group hasn’t let down yet, and Michigan State’s defense is so good, it might not matter. Michigan State 27-10
