Describe the Gophers 24-25 season in 1 sentence





So close to being what top college basketball teams would consider a fireable offense, yet we have seen this for four years!
 





The Gopher 2024-25 basketball season was one that had a few bright spots - including Garcia's game-winning heave against Michigan, Rigsby's late three to win in Lincoln, and come-from-behind wins in Los Angeles - in what was otherwise yet another losing and largely forgettable season.
 













Same as the last three seasons under this staff... irrelevant at that end of it.
 


Dawson, a young Asuma and a bunch of overmatched but nice guys.
 





Johnson had Garcia, Battle and Cooper and surrounded them with exactly one B1G level player. It should have ended after that season.
Cooper had to play the point and should have been a wing. That group would have been solid with Hawkins and Christie but you don't get to add all of your teams together.

That team was bad, but I couldn't have forseen only 2 conference wins with Garcia and battle on the same team. That was only achieved through coaching.
 


Some good moments, some bad moments, but overall another disappointing season without an invite to the dance.
