Kamal Martin appears to be back from injury though. That would be a positive change.

I assume since he was a game time decision for Maryland and is one for Penn State, they are setting the chart as if he is playing.

If he was out for sure they'd remove him.

Right, but he was listed as the starter on the depth chart for the Maryland game. Hence my "carbon copy of the last two games" comment.
