The awareness of his condition has given Kill a cause. He admits to being driven by a local columnist who suggested in September the coach "is not healthy enough to lead."

"Kiss my ass," Kill said, growing agitated behind his desk. "I'm going to show you. I'm a Division I coach, OK? I've got epilepsy. I've been doing this [expletive] and winning for a long time. I'll show you."

Go Gophers!!

This is a fantastic article!! Even learned a little about Glen Mason...

My favorite quote from this article...

"The awareness of his condition has given Kill a cause. He admits to being driven by a local columnist who suggested in September the coach "is not healthy enough to lead.""Kiss my ass," Kill said, growing agitated behind his desk. "I'm going to show you. Go Gophers!

WOW. Great article! If anyone can find something Gopher-related on a national level, please share the link. I could read stuff like this all day. It really shows what a great story this can be nationally. Everyone keeps talking about how the Gopher's upward climb is a national story, but I have seen very little in terms of articles like this one up to this point.

This was an awesome article. Very well-written and a great story! Now lets go get the axe!

Forget the game-day jitters - stop looking at yourselves Gophers - BE YOURSELVES.

Loved this quote as well. Gophers are getting some great press today. Making it really hard to work.

My question is why is $hit bleeped out but as$ isn't? I don't get it.

Great article. Terrible image choice. Looks like an anger management article at first glance.

But great publicity! Go Gophers!

Go Gophers!!

Our favorite fit columnist is also going to get national attention. He did inadvertently galvanized people afflicted with epilepsy, and put fire in the bellies of the Gophers Coaches and players.

That was a good quote, but I think my favorite was

"I feel like we've kind of gone unnoticed," quarterback Philip Nelson said. "We never get any respect from anybody. Everybody thinks of the Big Ten, they think of Ohio State and Michigan.

"We're just that team is underneath everybody. That's something that fuels our fire."

Hope that isn't they only thing that's keeping them successful. Beat the Badgers Saturday and they'll get some respect. Hammer them and they'll get a jump in the polls and all the respect they can handle.

I like the fact that this team has taken on it's head coaches personality, relentless, hard workers and a bunch of tough sum-bitch's.
Having Nelson is what gives me great hope for a win on Saturday. To me this game we have the better field general at QB. It is always better to have the better quarterback in this type of game situation, it is the great equalizer.
