Go Gophers!!

Congrats DD! It is nice to see him get some recognition. So many talented young WR’s on this team. One thing nobody can complain about is how PJ can recruit and coach up WR’s!

Another Freshman award!

No slight to the many other non-Freshman on the team. Just a bright future ahead.

His punt return was a thing of beauty...

Was nice to see a couple of our skill position players running AWAY from the Wisconsin secondary on Saturday.

Next year, is it DD's job or Winfield's?

Good problem to have.

I would normally say DD, but Winfield is so damn explosive as a punt returner, it's hard not to have him out there.

Wrap Winfield in bubble wrap when he isn't on the field playing defense. Let DD handle the Punt Return job.

Given the ACL surgery, I'd prefer they preserve him for DB duty. But yes, all things even, he'd be the guy.

I can't say it with absolute certainty because I haven't gone back and watched all his returns but I totally think he baited the Wisconsin players into thinking he signaled fair catch with the way he approached the ball. Even the announcer mentions him taking a moment to let it settle.

If you watch the play he doesn't look like he is getting ready to run it back at all he looks like he is going to catch it and stay put then all of the sudden he takes off. Such a huge play and as others said, great for Douglass as he gets lost a little with all the attention that goes to Johnson, Bateman, and Bell.

Man it is nice to have good WR again....forgot what that was like.....

You will have to suffer through some other highlights to get to the punt return but don't think anyone will mind watching those plays again :)
