I think the play of our DEs tomorrow is likely the most important piece of the puzzle. We certainly need to protect the ball and avoid turnovers, et al, but our DEs need get pressure on the QB. More importantly, they need to hold their ground and establish the line of scrimmage and not enable Iowa to get a soft edge. If we can't hold up at the point of attack, it could be a long day. I am not sure that our DEs have played up to their potential much this year and tomorrow they need to elevate their game. This will not only be important against Iowa, but the rest of the way out with the size and strength of our opponents OL taking a big leap up from what we have seen to date.
