With all of the rumors swirling tonight about Royce's expulsion, and assuming they are true, does Dawson benefit the most from this? With a 1/2 years scholarship for the spring semester?
 

This may be true.Perhaps Dawson will get some financial help. I was watching Dawson warm up before the game. He looks like he is in great shape. But, he is not as big as as most BT power forwards (Except ours).

I have my doubts that he is in their plans other than as a practice player ... he doesn't play a minute in a 37-point win with 3 players not dressed. As a fellow Minneapolis Southwest alumnus, I'm certainly pulling for him, however.

Probable REDSHIRT this season, hence no PT last night.
 



He is a walk-on guys. If we get any meaningful minutes out of Dawson in the next four- five years, it will be a win.
