He's going to be a busy guy doing all 3 of those jobs at a low-resource FBS program, but it's fantastic experience that puts him on the head coaching (or GM) track at a relatively young age.
Great success story. IIRC, he was in the doghouse with Kill for various reasons early in his career but obviously left turned things around, had a great career, and has apparently gone on to become a great coach. Congrats to him!
I love reading these kind of stories. It reminds me that as a long-suffering Gopher fan we have had the privilege to watch some real high-character men come through our program. GoGophers!
