People assume just because a coach says no it means they are no longer candidates. People assume if a coach signs an extension they are no longer candidates. People assume the national media has a clue about what's going on. People assume Flip was actually offered the job unconditionally. People assume we don't have an agreement in place with a candidate who is still coaching, thus an announcement right now isn't possible. People assume NT and Ellis have no problems keeping the media in the loop with accurate info. People assume more than 2 people in this whole process have any idea what's going on at this point.

All assumptions could be wrong- even the assumption that Teague is a wizard at selecting coaches could be wrong. Hope not.
