Dana O'Neil: Coaching relationships aren't what they used to be

Is it just me or is this article just totally stupid. The claim is that coaches don't have good relationships with other coaches anymore. The evidence? The great relationships that used to be. And Pitino-Calipari. And that old-time coaches don't get good seats at the NCAA tournament. There really isn't any evidence (okay, one bit of evidence: Pitino-Calipari) that coaches don't have great relationships anymore, just the assertion. Lame.

sunnyday, Dana wrote an article using her opinion. That opinion is based on what she sees and from talking to people. Her job is to get you to read it, and you did. Your comment here is your opinion. My opinion? I really don't care either way, but I found her article interesting to read. That is all.

You are 2 kind. I mean, her opinion ought to be based on some evidence and she failed to indicate that such is the case. And if you mean her job is to sucker me into reading her article, OK, she did that. But if her job is to get me to read a her again someday, she has failed at that. This article will cause me to bypass her byline from now on.
